Holiday Events

The Holidays can be stressful, especially for families who are struggling financially. Our Holiday Events ensure that eligible families who receive services at FeedNC can experience the joy of the holidays without enduring additional financial hardships. Please see 2024 offerings below.

Thanksgiving at FeedNC

• FeedNC’s Thanksgiving lunch buffet will be held Monday November 25th, 2024 from 11am-2pm. All are welcome to participate [no eligibility required]!

• Eligible families of FeedNC Grocery Program or Food Movers Program are able to sign up to receive a turkey and box of sides for Thanksgiving.

• Turkey Drive-Thru distribution will take place on Monday, November 25th 2024.

• Eligible families will receive a text message on Monday, November 4, 2024 with access to the sign up.

• Please note: to be eligible for a 2024 Turkey, families must be enrolled in FeedNC services & have completed their intake meeting before 11/01/2024.

  Christmas at FeedNC

• FeedNC’s Christmas lunch buffet will be held Monday, December 23rd, 2024 from 11am-2pm. All are welcome to participate [no eligibility required]!

• Eligible families of FeedNC Grocery Program or Food Movers Program are able to sign up to receive a ham and box of sides for the Holidays.

• Ham Drive-Thru distribution will take place on Monday, December 23rd 2024.

• Eligible families will receive a text message on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 with access to the sign up.

• Please note: to be eligible for a 2024 Ham, families must be enrolled FeedNC services & have completed their intake meeting before 12/01/2024.

  Winter Wonderland

• A holiday experience for children and their families who are enrolled in the Grocery Program or Food Movers Program at FeedNC.

• A 45-minute holiday experience packed with hot cocoa, crafts, cookies, Christmas music & movies, face painting, santa, a book store, a toy land, and so much more!

• Eligible families of FeedNC Grocery Program or Food Movers Program are able to sign up to take part in Winter Wonderland event which will take place on on Saturday, December 21, 2024.

• Eligible families will receive a text message on Monday, December 9th, 2024 with access to the sign up.

• Please note: to be eligible for 2024 Winter Wonderland, families must be enrolled in FeedNC services & have completed their intake meeting before 12/01/2024.
