Jeff serves as the Sr. Director of Communications at Lowe’s Home Improvement.  His team is responsible for delivering all operational communications supporting Lowe’s stores and contact centers.  Prior to joining Lowe’s in 2011, he spent nearly 20 years with NBC News.  Jeff was born and raised in Monroe, NC before moving to the Lake Norman area following graduation from UNC-Charlotte (BA in English, ’92).  He later completed an MBA from the University of Phoenix (’08) and a Master in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University (’14).  He and his wife Susan, a life-long Mooresville and Lake Norman resident, recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in 2023. They were married at First Baptist Church Mooresville and have one daughter, Reagan, an elementary school teacher.  Jeff loves the mission and many ways FeedNC serves the local community and looks forward to serving on the board as a new member in 2024.
