Mr. Crabill retired from General Motors where he most recently was the Director of
Retirement and Profit-Sharing Plans. During his career he worked in the U.S., Mexico
and Europe and held leadership positions in Human Resources, Labor Relations,
Compensation and Benefits. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee to the
Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation in Washington, D.C., and has previously served
on the Board of the American Benefits Council and the Economic Alliance for Michigan.

He has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and a M.S.
degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton. Since his retirement
from GM, he has volunteered as a coach and mentor with the Davidson Career
Transition Program. He is married, has two children and three grandchildren and
resides in Davidson.
