Tom is a Business Executive, with 35+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, by sharing his knowledge and experience, he’s worked through complex situations to help financial institutions formulate successful strategies for achieving
community banking growth objectives.

He is a Mooresville resident. In the summer of 2022, he walked in the front door of the Main Street facility and said “I need to help, I don’t know how, but I need to”. Paul and Reed jump at the opportunity to welcome him into work around the needs of supporting the operations. He was stocking shelves, filling the water cooler, driving delivery trucks, hauling garbage out, whatever it takes to help - helping each other is part of community.

Being involved in the board is very motivating to me, and I plan to focus on supporting the Facility and Operations needs of the organization.
